at PAWS we know the joys of sharing our lives with
our four legged family member. We also know the pain
when we lose our four legged friend to age or
illness. If you wish to have your family member
memorialized on our website and in our next
newsletter, please email or send in a picture of
your pet with a short poem or remembrance along with
a donation in his or her name. The picture and the
remembrance of your pet will be placed on our
website, and your pet's name will be remembered in
our newsletter. They are with us for such a short
time but touch our lives in such deep and meaningful
ways.

we will list it. You can go to our

We had a very
successful poker run! We had great weather, a
great route, and great entertainment. A
great big thank you to our sponsors, Quaker Steak and
Lube, Brecksville Animal Hospital, Clippity Clop Western
Wear and Saddlery, State 8 Motorcycle & ATV, Dreamriders
Motorcycle Club, and the Sign Factory. Also a big
thank you to all the volunteers who came out to help on
Saturday. We could not have done it without you.
Samantha
SAMANTHA IS A GORGEOUS LONG HAIRED GREY
TABBY WHO IS IN NEED OF A NEW HOME NOW!!
Evicted from her home on the West Side
of Cleveland through no fault of her
own, sweet and beautiful Samantha was
found struggling to survive under a
neighbor's front porch. PAWS was called
and now Samantha is in a loving foster
home, spayed, vaccinated and ready for a
new family who will never kick her out
again.
Samantha is about 4 years old and on the
small side - about 7.5 lbs. She is FIV
positive, but because of her quiet and
gentle nature, presents no problem to
the other cats in her foster home as FIV
is spread through bites and breeding.
She has tested negative for feline
leukemia. She is a loving lap cat who
gets along well with everyone, and would
bring such sweet companionship to the
family lucky enough to adopt her. Please
consider giving Samantha the loving home
she deserves and she'll give you lots of
love in return!

Mica
Mica is a female grey and white, svelte,
about 5 pounds, adorable cat who is somewhat
of a loner, but does get along with other
cats.
Mica has an interesting look to her which
her photo may not show. She is up-to-date
with shots and is spayed. Mica does have to
take medicine, but it is easy to dispense
and reasonable in cost. Mica is close to
three years old, but when she cuddles in
your lap she is kittenish. Mica likes to
stay on one level most of the day in the
foster home. Mica would be a good cat as a
single cat in the house. If you have other
cat(s) she would fit in well. Mica is
looking for a forever home and we hope that
you will be the people to give her that
home.
