Eclipse |
Eclipse is a delightful, adorable and fluffy Border
Collie/Shepherd mix about 1 year old. He is very skinny
and needs to gain weight--he is 55 lbs.
Eclipse was a stray who decided to join a lady walking
her dog and followed them home! Eclipse and the walker's
dog became instant best friends. He is even great around
her pet cats! Since the Good Sam who rescued Eclipse
lives in a rental home and is only allowed one dog, we
need to find this wonderful dog a forever, loving,
permanent home.
Eclipse "Clipsy" for
short, is one of those amazing, sweet, smart, happy
dogs. He has an awesome disposition as well. The Good
Sam always receives comments like, "oh what a sweet
dog," "he is so cute." He has been completely vetted in
terms of shots, neuter and check-up!

Bowser |
|
Bowser is a very
handsome, sweet and affectionate 3 year old neutered
male Shar Pei mix who weighs 58 lbs. We think has
Shar Pei in him due to his mottled tongue (purple
swirls on his tongue), a large head with wrinkled
forehead, and a straight tail. His ears are very
erect, so there is obviously something else in
there.
At the time of his rescue it was clear he had been
abused. He had a chain collar embedded in his neck
that had to be surgically removed and it was quite
apparent that he lived his life up until the point
he was rescued, chained-up outside. He is learning
to live in a home and adapting quickly! He is crate
trained and housebroken!
Bowser is strongly built, with a large head. He is
calm and pleasant to be around. His Foster Mom says
that he is respectful of her elderly 14 year old
Collie mix and plays well with her two younger dogs
and the neighbor's 10 lb. Shih Tzu mix. He has done
everything his Foster Mom has asked asked him to do.
He is very smart and very good!
What a cheerful guy! In spite of being the victim of
abuse with a collar embedded in his neck at the time
of his rescue, he holds no grudges. Now completely
healed, he is looking for a competent forever,
loving home. He is affectionate, playful with other
dogs, housebroken, and crate trained. There is a
serenity and a real gentlemanly streak that has come
out since he has been in foster care.

Mica |
Mica is a female grey and white, svelte,
about 5 pounds, adorable cat who is somewhat
of a loner, but does get along with other
cats.
Mica has an interesting look to her which
her photo may not show. She is up-to-date
with shots and is spayed. Mica does have to
take medicine, but it is easy to dispense
and reasonable in cost. Mica is close to
three years old, but when she cuddles in
your lap she is kittenish. Mica likes to
stay on one level most of the day in the
foster home. Mica would be a good cat as a
single cat in the house. If you have other
cat(s) she would fit in well. Mica is
looking for a forever home and we hope that
you will be the people to give her that
home.
